Mastiha Tangerine

Ingredients

  • 50ml Enosis Mastiha liqueur
  • 1 tangerine with the peel
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5ml simple syrup

Preparation

  1. Cut tangerine in the middle and muddle gently both halves in base of shaker
  2. Add the rest ingredients and shake with ice
  3. Strain into a chilled glass
  4. Garnish with a twist of tangerine
