Ingredients
- 50ml Enosis Mastiha liqueur
- 1 tangerine with the peel
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml simple syrup
Preparation
- Cut tangerine in the middle and muddle gently both halves in base of shaker
- Add the rest ingredients and shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a twist of tangerine
