Greek Margarita


  • Crushed ice
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml Enosis/ Kentos Mastiha liqueur
  • 30ml Tequila
  • Fine granular sea salt
  • Lemon or lime wedge


  1. Place ice in a blender, add the lemon juice, Mastiha liqueur, Tequila and shake hard
  2. Rub the rim of a martini glass with the lemon or lime wedge and then dip it into a saucer containing the sea salt
  3. Pour mixture into glass and serve
