Greek Kaimaki

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml Enosis or Kentos Mastiha liqueur
  • 15ml vanilla syrup
  • 15ml spices syrup
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 bar spoon Greek yogurt

Preparation

  • Shake and fine strain into Coupe glass
  • Decorate with cinnamon stick and creole bitters
