Daiquiri Barfly

Ingredients

  • 3 cubes white sugar
  • 30ml Enosis Mastiha liqueur
  • 30ml white rum
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ green apple chopped
  • Green apple wedge

Preparation

  1. Place sugar, mastiha, rum, lemon juice and apple in a blender and top with ice.
  2. Shake hard
